The US Supreme Court repealed the federal law on abortion (Roe vs Wade) based on the 10th Amendment. The decision is turned over to the states because the US Constitution does not specifically grant that right to the US federal government. Due process of law and checks and balances.
The US Constitution also does not explicitly/specifically give the federal government the right to decide that biological men are allowed to go into biological women's bathrooms/locker-rooms and play on biological women's sports teams. The US Constitution also does not grant the federal government the right to decide that other people's children should be allowed to have gender changing substances/procedures. Based on the 10th Amendment of the US Constitution (Just as in the repealing of (Roe vs. Wade) the federal government has no legal basis or legal ground to stand on by enforcing these practices.
