My prayers for girls in school sports! I agree that people who are homosexual should be allowed to have a union if they want and have the same job opportunities, that is providing them rights that everyone else has also.
However saying that since some men feel uncomfortable in men's bathrooms, that they should be allowed to go into the women's bathrooms where women lose their dignity and feel uncomfortable is not a logical solution to this problem. This law is not providing an equal opportunity to homosexuals that they have been denied and everyone else has. It is discriminating against women and saying transgender men are more important than women. The government is saying since these men feel uncomfortable in men's bathrooms that women have to lose their right to feel uncomfortable in their bathrooms. The right to go into women's bathrooms was not provided to other men prior to this, so transgenders have not been denied anything here that other men had a right to prior to now. When women got the right to vote, they were being denied that right that men had. Everyone should have the right to vote. Going in the women's bathrooms was never a right that men have had, so it is denied to all men for women's sake because that should matter and be important. Women should have the right to privacy in the bathrooms. Transgenders can have this also, but they should not take away women's rights to feel comfortable in their bathrooms. It just makes logical sense.
Men have testosterone so it is unfair to allow them to take women's records and athletic achievements away. This type of policy making has a strong biased against girls and women. Like Hobby Lobby suing the government over not wanting to distribute sexual contraceptives and birth control devices to it's employees, I personally encourage all girls and women who are standing up for themselves and protecting girl's/women's sports. Females who have athletic achievements have a legal right to stand up for themselves and stop female sports records from being taken away from women by men participating in women's sports.
From this article linked above: 'The legal counsel of Alliance Defending Freedom, Christiana Holcomb, said that Biden's executive order will impact sports in schools.
"Unfortunately, the Biden administration wasted no time in demanding policies that gut legal protections for women by denying female athletes fair competition in sports, ignoring women's unique health needs, and forcing vulnerable girls to share intimate spaces with men who identify as female," she said. "... This isn't equality, and it isn't progress. President Biden's call for 'unity' falls flat when he seeks to hold those receiving federal funds hostage if they don't do tremendous damage to the rights, opportunities, and dignity of women and girls."
