Arch of Titus

This is historically documented evidence of the Roman government's destruction of Jerusalem and The Temple that was on the Holy Temple Mount (Western Wall). This is in Rome and this sculpture on it depicts Roman soldiers bringing back spoils from Jerusalem after it was destroyed in 70AD. It was built by the younger brother of Titus after Titus' death to honor his life. Titus was the Roman general that led the attack on Jerusalem before he later became Emperor of Rome.
